Do you deliver outside the GCC?
No. At the moment, we deliver only within GCC countries.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the following GCC countries:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
When will my order ship?

Orders are processed on working days only. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping charges

Shipping within the UAE may be free or charged based on order value

Final shipping cost depends on carpet size, weight, and delivery location.
Customs & duties
For deliveries outside the UAE, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. You can also track your order on our website.
Exchanges & returns
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us with your order number for assistance.
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item or a missing part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
VAT
All prices are subject to 5% VAT in accordance with UAE VAT regulations.
